Full-time role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality and Compliance Officer to join our team responsible for ensuring compliance with assessment, examination, and certification requirements for Highfield qualifications.
This role focuses on maintaining the integrity of our qualifications and supporting centres to meet regulatory and awarding body standards. It does not relate to product, food, or manufacturing quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate potential cases of malpractice or maladministration identified during learner assessment or certification processes.
- Review and analyse assessment documentation, course records, and examination materials to identify compliance risks or irregularities.
- Prepare investigation reports, formal correspondence, and communications with centres and internal departments.
- Provide advice, support, and guidance to Highfield Centres on compliance with assessment, examination, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of internal quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and assist with regulatory audits or external quality assurance reviews.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote consistency, fairness, and transparency in all compliance activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in compliance, assessment, or quality assurance within an awarding organisation, exam board, training provider, or similar educational/regulatory environment.
- Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Hindi and Urdu language skills are desirable.
- Confident in handling sensitive information and resolving conflicts tactfully.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Educated to degree level (attested certificates will be required).
- Must currently reside in the UAE and have experience working within the region.

Full-time role
The role is responsible for providing technical support and guidance to both new and existing Highfield customers.
We’re looking for an experienced trainer, with technical competence in a safety subject, preferably Health & Safety (min NEBOSH Diploma) who is also willing to upskill in First Aid, Food Safety, and Security, as necessary. In turn, they will apply their expertise and experience to promote our offerings in all the sectors that we operate.
The position aims to drive business growth by playing a key role in identifying and securing new customers and developing new markets, thereby increasing Highfield's market share within the short course and compliance sectors.
