Qualifications can cross national boundaries

To be accredited by Highfield, your qualification will need to have measurable learning outcomes and assessment criteria which will be checked and benchmarked as being at an ‘equivalent’ level against Ofqual’s Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF).

By level benchmarking, using the RQF* as a reference, it will be possible to draw broad comparisons in terms of the level of challenge to the learner, rather than direct equivalences, between qualifications and their levels for each country in the ASEAN, Europe and the Middle East.
