The role is responsible for providing expert support and guidance to both new and existing Highfield customers, ensuring they effectively utilise Highfield’s compliance qualifications, products, and services. The position aims to drive business growth by playing a key role in identifying and securing new customers, thereby increasing Highfield's market share within the short course and compliance sectors. We’re looking for an experienced trainer who has delivered First Aid, Food Safety, Health and Safety, Alcohol Licencing, and/or Security training and who can apply their expertise and experience in the training sector to support Highfield’s customer engagement.
