Highfield International Train the Trainer Events
At Highfield International we're passionate about sharing knowledge and best practice. We're committed to improving safety standards through developing people. It is this commitment that drives us to run a number of train the trainer events each year.
Highfield train the trainer events are designed to ensure that instructors delivering Highfield qualifications have the required knowledge, skills and tools to deliver an excellent experience that benefits their learners.

Person in Charge Train the Trainer Event
Highfield's Person in Charge Train the Trainer event is aimed at trainers who are interested in delivering the Person in Charge food safety programme in Dubai. Trainers should have or be in the process of gaining approval from Dubai Municipality and undergo separate Foodwatch training session with Dubai Municipality.
This event will be held on the following dates in 2023:
- June 19th-20th
- August 23rd-24th
- October 17th-18th
- December 12th-13th
Who is this course for?
Highfield's Person in Charge Train the Trainer events are aimed at trainers who are interested in delivering the Person in Charge food safety programme in Dubai. Trainers should have or be in the process of gaining approval from Dubai Municipality and undergo separate Foodwatch training session with Dubai Municipality.
Why should I attend this course?
Delegates at this event will benefit, and learn from, the knowledge and experience of Richard Sprenger. Richard has worked in food safety for 50 years, and worked with the Dubai Municipality to design and implement the Person in Charge programme.

Delegates enrolling on this Train the Trainer course will be provided with the following:

- PDF Highfield Level 2 HACCP Textbook
- PIC TTT Activity E-learning
Training outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, delegates will receive a PIC Train the Trainer certificate and will be able to deliver PIC training, subject to approval from Dubai Municipality and Highfield.

Successful delegates will be issued with a complimentary copy of Highfield’s latest Person in Charge training presentation to aid their delivery of the Person in Charge programme.
